In light of the stark contrast between the AICP Awards' mission to recognize a global community of respect and inclusion and Russia's isolationist geopolitical actions, AICP will not be accepting entries from any Russian entities or done on behalf of Russian brands for consideration in the 2023 editions of the three AICP competitions.
- A single entry, in one or two categories:

- A single entry submitted in three or four categories:
$250 each category
- A single entry submitted in five or more categories:
$235 each category
- An AICP Show Advertising Excellence Campaign entry (2 or 3 spots):

- An AICP Next Awards Integrated Campaign entry (1 case study):

- An AICP Post Awards National Campaign entry (2 or 3 spots):
$550
There is a flat $50 fee for each uploaded file. An uploaded file may be submitted to several categories without incurring additional upload fees. Please note that upload fees are in addition to any entry fees.
Entries in the AICP Show Student Commercial category will be accepted without an entry fee.
Entry fees are non-refundable. AICP is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete entries.

Entries finalized at 12:00 am (PT) or later, after the listed deadline, will be subject to late fees of $75 per entry.Late fees will not be waived. Late fees will also be applied to late payments that are received after the deadline. Please keep this in mind if you are planning to pay by check or wire transfer.
There are no exceptions.Entries will not be accepted after the deadlines without confirmation from AICP.

Late entries are assessed a $75 processing fee per entry and will adjust total pricing to the following:
- A single entry, in one or two categories:

- A single entry submitted in three or four categories:

- An AICP Show Advertising Excellence Campaign entry (2 or 3 spots):

Please note - For the Single Spot-Multiple Category Submission bulk pricing, all category submission of the single spot must be finalized at the same time.
- Case studies should
not
be entered for any of the Show categories. Only the work as aired will be accepted. - There are no running time limits for entries in the AICP Show.
- Work entered in the AICP Show categories may have been produced or aired anywhere in the world. Work in a language other than English must be subtitled in English.
Airing is defined as a commercial release, commissioned by a client, for television, theater, the Internet, mobile phone, or any other medium/screen able to deliver motion picture imagery.
- Spots
MUST
be submitted clean of any credits.
- Case studies are appropriate to enter in all of the AICP Next Awards categories with the
exception
of the Web Film category where the actual film should be entered. - There are no running time limits for entries in the AICP Next Awards.
- Work entered in the AICP Next Awards categories may have been produced or aired anywhere in the world. Work in a language other than English must be subtitled in English.
Airing is defined as a commercial release, commissioned by a client, for television, theater, the Internet, mobile phone, or any other medium/screen able to deliver motion picture imagery.
- Spots
MUST
be submitted clean of any credits.
- Editor's and director's cuts are not eligible. Entries must be entered exactly as aired.
- There are specified time limits for the Audio and Color categories in the AICP Post Awards.
- Work entered in the AICP Post Awards categories may have been produced or aired anywhere in the world. Work in a language other than English must be subtitled in English.

- Spots
MUST

If you upload a "making of" or case study, there should be no information identifying the company or individuals who worked on the piece.
